Refund policy

OMNI โ€” Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective date: January 1, 2025 ยท Last updated: March 2026

We've written this in plain English. You should know exactly what's refundable and what isn't before you buy โ€” not after.


1. Node hardware โ€” returns and refunds

The OMNI Node ($599) may be returned for a full refund of the hardware fee provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The Node is in factory-new condition โ€” unused, unregistered, and unmodified
  • The Node has not been registered with Apple or activated under an Apple ID
  • All original packaging is present and undamaged โ€” box, inserts, foam, and outer sleeve
  • All included accessories, documentation, cables, and manuals are present and in original condition
  • The return has been authorized in advance by our team โ€” unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense

Returns that do not meet every condition above will not be eligible for a hardware refund. The Node will be inspected upon receipt. If it fails any condition, it will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, email support@omniasync.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned hardware.

Important: If your Setup & Activation session has been completed, your Node has been configured and is no longer in factory-new condition. It is not eligible for a hardware return once setup has begun.


2. Setup & Activation fee โ€” non-refundable

The Setup & Activation fee ($497) is non-refundable under all circumstances.

This fee covers the skilled labor of your dedicated setup specialist: connecting every API, authenticating every platform, configuring your Team Intelligence Channel, setting up your module parameters, building your competitor list, configuring your keyword library for Omni Calls, training Omni Presence on your brand voice, and running a full end-to-end test of every active module. This work is performed in full before your Node ships. Because the labor has been delivered, this fee cannot be refunded regardless of whether you proceed with a subscription, cancel your subscription, or return your Node hardware.

Additional scope fees โ€” including fees for additional brands, locations, Team Intelligence Channel workspaces, VoIP systems, or ad platforms โ€” are non-refundable once that configuration work has commenced.

OMNI Onboarding Plus ($797) is non-refundable once the onboarding session has begun.

Enterprise Setup ($1,997) is non-refundable once setup work has commenced.


3. The 30-day performance guarantee

Every OMNI subscription includes a 30-day performance guarantee. If OMNI does not surface a meaningful, documented insight or saving within your first 30 days of activation, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.

To qualify:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of your Node activation date
  • You must provide a brief description of the result you expected but did not receive
  • The guarantee applies to the monthly subscription fee only โ€” one-time fees remain non-refundable as stated above
  • The guarantee applies once per customer account

To claim your guarantee, email support@omniasync.com with your account name and activation date. Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days.


4. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on your billing date each month. Outside of the 30-day performance guarantee window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes your base module subscription, bundle subscription, and any active usage tier upgrades (Care Plus, Calls Plus, Ads Pro, Intel Plus, etc.).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will not be charged again after that date. Your Node and all data stored on it remain yours permanently.

There are no long-term contracts. No cancellation fees. No early termination penalties.


5. Token credits โ€” Omni Visuals

Monthly token credits for Omni Visuals are allocated at the start of each billing cycle. Token credits are non-refundable whether used, partially used, or unused. Unused tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the following month.


6. Add-on services

OMNI Backup, OMNI Shield, and OMNI Expand are billed monthly. Current-period fees for these services are non-refundable. Cancellation of any add-on takes effect at the end of the current billing period.


7. Your data after cancellation

When you cancel, your Node remains in your possession along with everything stored on it โ€” every call transcript, intelligence archive, knowledge base, and content history. OMNI does not store your business data on our infrastructure, so there is nothing to retrieve or delete from our end. Your data was always yours.


8. Chargebacks and disputes

We ask that you contact us at support@omniasync.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We respond to all support requests within one business day and will work to resolve any issue directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of your OMNI subscription.
